How much does it cost to install and operate the system?
It depends on your plan, such as the number of units you want to install and the features you want to use.

What kind of implementation support do you provide?
We provide end-user training, staff training on how to distribute information, system manuals,
and more to ensure you can confidently use your system.
How do I download your smartphone app?
Since the app supports iPhone and Android*1 platforms,
you can download it from the App Store or the Google Play Store. *1:Some devices may not be supported due to their feature sets.
Is your system interoperable with existing systems or applications?
Yes, it is.
It has been proven to work with administrative radio and alert systems for disaster prevention,
the Local Alert of the Foundation for MultiMedia Communications (FMMC), and social media.
Does the system use the Internet?
The tablets and smartphones use an Internet connection via SIM card to access the system,
while the dedicated fixed phones use a closed local intranet.
Does the IP calling feature only work over a local IP network?
For example, can't I make a call by connecting the dedicated fixed phone to my pocket Wi-Fi with a LAN cable?
You can make a local IP call from your smartphone, even without access to a local IP network.
(Rainbow phone software is available.)
Does your dedicated fixed phone also work on copper phone lines?
It does.
However, communication quality will be lower due to bandwidth. FTTH is better if available.
