  • 01 Service level monitoring

    This function uses its AI model to analyze the current Wi-Fi environment and displays seven service level metrics, which Juniper calls Service Level Expectations (SLEs), for visual understanding. It quantifies and visualizes the Wi-Fi user experience.

  • 02 Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

    The Root Cause Analysis function shows in a tree format the cause of the failure and the achievement rate against specified SLE thresholds at the site where the failure occurred. This helps you understand the root causes of unsatisfactory service levels.

  • 03 Dynamic packet capture

    Analysis of AI-captured logs enables successful troubleshooting of failures that were difficult to analyze with previous generation Wi-Fi products. This allows RCA to provide an immediate understanding of the cause and extent of the impact of the failure.

  • 04 Supporting next-generation standards for faster wireless communications

    Wi-Fi6 E-compatible models are also available upon request.
    These products deliver high-speed wireless communications using the 6GHz band to avoid congestion and interference.
