Video calls are available to contact users to ask about their condition, etc. You can set the system on the user side to automatically answer your video call if no one answers for a while. An optional Bluetooth pendant button allows users with limited mobility to respond from where they are.

Those responsible for monitoring can send wellness check notifications. When the notification arrives, the user's tablet displays buttons to respond to the wellness check. The results can be viewed in the system.
