What is the SiraseI AI-Demand Bus?

The SiraseI AI-Demand Bus is a dedicated application for on-demand ride-sharing transportation services.
AI automatically determines the best route based on reservations.
Passengers simply head to the boarding location in time.
We propose the new transportation to carry passengers directly to where they want to go when they like, supporting mutual-aid transportation where local governments and residents cooperate.

It features a simple and user-friendly design.
The screen displays controls like the reservation button in a particularly large size.
The UI is designed to be easy to understand for older adults and new users.
02 Voice notifications and guidance

The app sends voice notifications.
The function informs users ten and five minutes before the bus arrives for them to spend time freely.
03 Telephone reservation is also available.

There is an option to call the support center by tapping a dedicated terminal to make a reservation if you feel difficulty operating the app.
You can listen to the voice message about the reservation result on the terminal.

Main functions

Function #01Functions for users (new reservations)

Users can reserve a bus specifying the boarding and alighting locations, desired time, and the number of passengers from a terminal installed at their home.
It is also possible to view the reservation details or cancel it later.
Function #02Functions for users (pre-arrival notifications)

The function informs users ten and five minutes before the bus arrives for them to avoid missing the bus.
Function #03Functions for drivers (voice notifications of reservations)

The system sends voice guidance when receiving a new reservation, a change of reservation, or a cancellation.
When the next destination changes due to a new reservation, the color displayed on the screen also changes to inform the driver.
Function #04Functions for administrators (bus operation monitoring)

Administrators can check the current locations of their buses and reservations for them.
Function #05Functions for administrators (proxy reservation and proxy boarding/alighting processing)

Administrators can make a proxy reservation. The function is for when a user is unable to register a reservation, is going to be late for the bus, or wants an administrator to make a proxy reservation while they are out.
If a driver makes a mistake in processing the boarding and alighting of passengers, administrators can do it for them.
