Our expert team of engineers will provide 24-7 maintenance for you. In addition to KCME equipment and solutions, the service covers third-party computers, servers, and network equipment. Four services are available: remote maintenance, on-site maintenance, monitoring, and operations, with options for time-limited services: weekday-daytime and nighttime.

01 某Network replacement for an R&D institute
We replaced networks connecting overseas research centers of an R&D institute. In accordance with customer requirements, this project assessed vulnerabilities between centers in Tsukuba, Japan and Houston, USA for network design.

We provide support for the replacement of the government's nationwide network from design to post-implementation support. There are options for post-implementation support such as two hours of on-site support.

03 Network deployment for a national research institute
This project built a secure network with hardened perimeter security that prevents unauthorized access and blocks unwanted communications. We provide a centrally managed wireless network and RF optimization.
