Notice Regarding the Merger of KCME and KCCE into Kyocera Communication Systems (KCCS)

KYOCERA Mirai Envision Co., Ltd.
Kyocera Mirai Envision Co., Ltd. (KCME, Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Hyungbae Kim) and its affiliate KCCS Connect Engineering Co., Ltd. (KCCE) will be absorbed into their parent company, Kyocera Communication Systems Co., Ltd. (KCCS), effective April 1, 2026.
While KCCS, KCME, and KCCE have each operated independently in the mobile and fixed-line communications sectors, this merger aims to integrate their respective technological expertise and know-how. This unified structure will enable a more agile response to the evolving demands of the ICT infrastructure market and strengthen the KCCS Group’s competitive advantage in key growth areas.
【Merger Details】
(1) KCME and KCCE will be absorbed into KCCS on April 1, 2026.
