Sub-6 Local 5G Network Subscription with Equipment Leasing

TECHNO RENT CO., LTD (hereinafter Techno Rent; Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Akito Takagi) and KYOCERA Mirai Envision Co., Ltd. (hereinafter KCME; Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hyngbae Kim) are pleased to announce the launch of Subs 5G, a new sub-6 local 5G network subscription service with equipment leasing to reduce initial costs.

Local 5G technology allows enterprises, local governments, and other organizations to build a private wireless network to take advantage of 5G benefits, such as eMBB, URLLC, and mMTC, unaffected by other users' traffic.
Subs 5G service provides a new choice of local 5G deployment with leased equipment and lower initial costs, suitable for short-term use like PoC and other purposes. It will deliver Quanta Cloud Technology's*1 complete enterprise local 5G system, scalable to meet organizations' diverse needs.
Customers can choose equipment that best suits their environment, from compact indoor to powerful outdoor units.
Further cost reduction is also achievable by using KCME's core sharing service.
